Eat well and care for the planet with committed chefs.

12 chefs will compete to create recipes that fit into M.A.D.E. 2020’s theme: New Origins. Their dishes will feature the exhibitors’ products.

These requirements align with the food transition and the expectations of consumers.
They feed the creativity of Chefs to meet these challenges, regardless of constraints.
Each 90-minute challenge will involve 2 chefs cooking simultaneously.
